Elevé Catering is a halal-certified catering business based in Singapore. Our registered address is 15 Jalan Tepong, #04-10, Jurong Food Hub, Singapore 619336.

We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver our catering services. This typically includes:
When you fill in our enquiry form:

  • Your name

  • Your company (if provided)

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • Details about your event — type, date, headcount, and any notes you share with us

 
When you contact us by email or phone:

  • Your contact details and anything you choose to share in your message

 
When you browse our website:

  • Standard technical data like your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools

 
We do not collect sensitive personal data (like identity card numbers, financial details, or health information) through this site. If such information is ever required during the course of fulfilling an order, we'll ask for it separately and handle it securely.

Once we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it.

  • Delete — request that we delete your data, where legally possible

9. Children's privacy


Our services are intended for adults and corporate clients. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please let us know and we'll remove it.
