How much notice do you need for a brand activation?

Minimum four days' notice. Send the date, rough headcount and what the event is, and we come back within one business day with a menu proposal and a quote.

How long do you need to set up at the venue?

One hour of load-in before doors is all we need, including cart or station setup and service preparation.

Can the menu be customised to our brand or campaign?

Yes, fully. We read the brand guide, build the cart or station to it, and develop the menu to the theme. There are no fixed packages or constraints on what can be changed.

Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?

No. We cater brand activations of any size, from intimate press previews to full public launches.

Is Élevé halal-certified?

Yes. Élevé operates a MUIS halal-certified kitchen, so every menu is halal by default rather than on request.

Recent work includes beverage receptions for Byredo at Takashimaya and Carolina Herrera at Sephora VivoCity, live stations for a BMW Motorrad launch, and an Arabic coffee reception for ADNOC at W Hotel Sentosa.
